Beef Liver and Onions 

🍽️ Beef Liver and Onions

1 lb beef liver, sliced
2 large onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup beef broth
1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

🧼 Rinse and pat dry liver slices. Season with 🧂 salt, pepper, 🌿 thyme, and 🌱 rosemary.
🌾 Dredge liver in flour.
🍳 Caramelize onions in 🧈 butter and oil, then set them aside.
🔥 Sear liver slices in the same skillet until cooked to your liking.
Add Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor (optional).
🍽️ Serve liver on a plate with caramelized onions on top, drizzle with beef broth.
